1.1 Purchase any product from Alris Technology Limited will get one year of free hardware maintenance services, And telephone technical support queries.The warranty will start count from the day purchase of the product.
1.2 Product fails within the warranty period, Customers must present a stated date of purchase Dealer Name product model and valid original invoice with product serial number to obtain the warranty service. Failure to provide a valid purchase invoice, Alris will not provide any maintenance / inspection services.
1.3 The customer must carry the failure products and purchase invoices to our company for inspection and maintenance, We did not provide on-site repair or maintenance services.
1.4 Warranty service is only available in Hong Kong SAR and Macao SAR, and the product need to be purchase under AlrisTechnology Limited official dealer, if the product purchase NOT under Alris Technology Limited official dealer, our Company will not provide any maintenance services for the product, the customer must handle their own and at their own risk.
1.5 Customer must register the product within 14 days after purchased in oder to enjoy the extension of warranty service.
1.7 Certain products of the accessories (such as fans, adapters, etc.), the Company will only provide LIMITED warranty.
2. Terms and Conditions
2.1 When we received the product, we will giving a repair document ,Customers need to save this document to be used to retrieve the product in the future.
2.2 If the customer fails to provide a formal purchase invoice, the company will according to the product release day for the purchase day, and after inspection of the product by the company, If the product has damage and warranty has expired, and the customer need to repair without warranty. The Company shall charge the customers maintenance and parts costs, the costs will be various according to the damage of the products
2.3 After all the parts replacement will belong to the Company.
2.4 After product has been repaired, the warranty will not be extended.
2.5 Before Alris technology to provide services, Customers are responsible backup the storage media (such as hard drives, flash memory, etc.) that in the product, Your Data may be formatted during the maintenance and the repair service. For data storage media is damaged or lost during the maintenance or repair service, Alris Technology will not be taken any Responsibility
2.6 If the customer under normal use. Product occur failure, during the warranty period, The company will provide free maintenance service.
2.7 If the product in the following situations will lost warranty or require maintenance charge for maintenance and spare parts costs:
- If the product had been repair, changes, overhaul which is not authorized technical.
- Misuse, abuse, negligence or due to human handling abnormal voltage, accident, water or fire, insects, earthquakes and other natural disasters have led to the failure and damage.
- Use or used the consumables, equipment, accessories and equipment, which is not under official Alris Technology.
- Serial number on the product was removed or damaged.
- Failure to use of the product cause the damage and failure.
2.8 For the failure of the product resulting directly or indirectly for any loss, Alris Technology Limited shall not be responsible.
2.9 Where the product by mail or courier to the company, In case of loss or damage in transit, Alris Technology Limited shall not be responsible.
2.10 Alris Technology has the rights to change or cancel of the warranty . For warranty terms and conditions are subject to contest ability, Alris Technology remain the final decision.
